Frequently Asked Questions

Do I pay per user or do you charge a fixed one-time price?

You pay per user per month. It’s easy to indicate how many users you expect to need each month. That’s because we think it’s important to be flexible. 

What do you mean by a user?

A user is an employee who can log in and who has their own analytics and their own archive. This makes it easy to see who answered what message. It’s also possible for multiple or even all users to be logged in at the same time. 

What are your payment methods?

The Forever Free Plan does not require any payment. The other plans can be paid for by credit card, direct debit, iDeal or bank transfer. 

Do you have special offers or discounts?

Yes, by subscribing to a 12-month plan you can get up to 15% off.

Are there any additional (unexpected) costs?

No, we aim for maximum transparency. You pay for the plan of your choice and this means you get what we promise. Only the chatbot feature can be (optionally) purchased for an additional price.

Do you also send or second customer service representatives?

No, we only offer software for you to use to optimise your existing customer service department. If you should require extra help, then feel free to contact us. We’re happy to put you in touch which a company that offers what you’re looking for. 

What is your refund policy?

Our policy is exactly the same for all of our customers. Read more about our refund policy by clicking here. As you’ll see, we aim to be clear and transparent when it comes to our terms. 

Can I keep using Watermelon forever? 

Yes, we’ll continually keep developing our software to improve your Watermelon experience a little every day.
