And our app helps you to keep tabs on your customer service outside office hours and during the weekend.
Our beta version was launched in February 2017 and our office is located in the centre of Utrecht, The Netherlands. We’ve also raised 1.65 million worth of funding.

Our mission is simple: to make sure businesses offer consumers a better customer service experience.
Our most important tool is our system: one easy-to-navigate dashboard for employees to talk to their customers simply and directly. Additionally we guide businesses through the landscape of innovative customer service solutions. We provide advice, webinars and case studies to help businesses optimise their customer experience.
